Terms and Conditions

1. **Ownership**: The proprietary materials branded with Columbia Anesthesia Logos are subject to applicable Copyright Laws.  Additionally, other proprietary materials including but not limited to software, content, and intellectual property, are owned by Columbia Anesthesia, and no ownership rights are transferred to the user.

2. **License**: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the proprietary materials solely for the intended purposes for the conduct of business of Columbia Anesthesia.

3. **Restrictions**: Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the proprietary materials without explicit permission from Columbia Anesthesia. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. **Termination**: Columbia Anesthesia reserves the right to terminate the user’s access to the proprietary materials at any time for violation of these terms and conditions.

5. **Disclaimer**: The proprietary materials are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding their accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.  All resources require the independent Provider to exercise their own professional judgement in their own practice of anesthesia.

6. **Limitation of Liability**: Columbia Anesthesia shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the proprietary materials.

7. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the County of Columbia and State of Wisconsin, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

8. **Modification**: Columbia Anesthesia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with any changes becoming effective upon posting.

By using the proprietary materials, the user agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
